We may also share aggregate demographic and statistical information with third parties that is not personally identifiable.
SYE.MX may also disclose personal information of an individual:
- to a person who, in the reasonable judgment of SYE.MX, is seeking information as an agent of the person;
- in situations where you need to share or disclose your information in order to offer the products or services you want;
- to a third party or parties, where disclosure is required or permitted by law;
- to any other entity that acquires all or part of our organization by merger, reorganization, operation of the law or sale of some or all of the assets of SYE.MX.
It is possible that SYE.MX may be required to use or disclose your information in connection with a legal action or other procedure, including without limitation, in response to a court order or subpoena. We may also disclose such information in response to a request from a law enforcement agency.
How we store your information
SYE.MX is committed to protect the security of any personal information you provide us. We maintain commercially reasonable security measures to maintain the security and privacy of the personal information you provide us. Once you have sent your information online to SYE.MX, we recommend that you end the browser session before leaving your computer. Despite these protections, SYE.MX cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet. However, after your information reaches SYE.MX, it is stored on servers (or in the case of information received from you in person, in writing or by phone, in physical storage areas) protected by procedures and technology designed to reasonably foreseeably block intrusions by unauthorized third parties.
Choose not to receive emails
From time to time, you may receive periodic emails, emails or phone calls from SYE.MX with news or other information about events, services, discounts, special promotions, upcoming events or other offers from or on behalf of SYE.MX. If at any time you wish to stop receiving emails from SYE.MX, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the phrase «Exclusion of privacy: emails from SYE.MX» in the subject or write to Contact us to the address below and we will remove it from the SYE.MX mailing list. As an alternative, for email communications, you can choose not to receive such communications by following the unsubscribe instructions found below of most promotional emails from SYE.MX.
Requests for disclosure of shared information
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request a Notice of Disclosure of Information Exchange Information per year that will identify third parties with whom SYE.MX has shared the Personally Identifiable Information that we have collected from you. You can request the Information Exchange Disclosure Notice by writing to 84 Industrial Dr. Brownsville, TX 78521 or by sending us an email to email@example.com. We will respond to your request for information notice. – Disclosure of shared information within 30 days of receiving your request.

You expressly understand and agree to:
- The use of the Site, Services and content information is your risk and responsibility, as well as the content or information that accrues from sites linked through ours.

SYE.MX is not responsible for delays or failures in deliveries due to emergencies resulting from Major Acts, Acts of God, such as natural disasters, government demands, terrorism, criminal activity, war.
An agreement is established between SYE.MX and the user, in which the Terms will be governed under the laws of the State of Texas, regardless of the conflict. Both parties irrevocably and unconditionally adhere to the jurisdiction of Cameron County, or to the Texas State Court, solely and for any legal and legal proceeding.
In case of failure to execute and enforce any provision of the Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of liability unless the claim is initiated in writing. If any portion of the Terms were illegal, invalid or impossible to execute, that portion would be divided from the rest of the remainder.
